New and Improved Features
Aside from its fresh modern look, there are a wide range of new and improved functions offered within the new NINIS website.
- Use the header bar to access the main parts of the site -
Area Profile | Statistics | Maps
- Enter a location or a topic into the new search facility.
- Read about upcoming training events or data released in the News section.
- Access an area profile report through the quick profile box. Enter a postcode, street or area to view the profile.
- Subscribe to the NINIS E-zine or sign up for an Information Workshop using the online form.
- View some of the recently added datasets or most viewed data in the new interactive grid. Select years, variables and geographies of interest using the drop downs. Then create bar, line and pie charts by selecting the chart tab, map the data by clicking the map tab or read more about the data in the metadata view.
- Search for static maps or view interactive maps in the mapping section.
- Finally keep up to date with news, data released and training events through Twitter, Facebook and RSS feeds.
